How can we help?
Email us about setup, body tracking, AirPlay, purchases or your data. A person on the FitDash team will reply, usually within two business days.
Quick fixes
Most problems come from light, distance or Wi-Fi. Try these first.
The game does not see my whole body
Step back until your head and feet are both in frame, usually about 2 m (6 ft) from the phone. Put the phone upright at around waist height, with the front camera facing you.
Moves are missed or late
Turn on more light in the room and avoid a bright window behind you. Wear clothes that contrast with the background, and keep other people out of frame while you play.
FitDash asks for camera access again
Open Settings > FitDash and turn on Camera. FitDash needs the camera to track your body. Camera frames stay on your iPhone.
I cannot find my TV in Screen Mirroring
Make sure the iPhone and the Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV are on the same Wi-Fi network and that AirPlay is turned on in the TV settings. Restart both devices if the TV still does not appear.
The TV picture lags
Move closer to your Wi-Fi router, or use a 5 GHz network. Close other apps that use the network while you play.
A purchase or subscription is not working
Open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions to check the status. Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the problem stays, email us.
Play safely
Clear the space around you, wear proper shoes and keep pets and children out of the play area. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
